Privacy Policy

For the games Leaf Dash and Leaf Rush · Effective 23 October 2026

Leaf Dash and Leaf Rush (the "games") are made by Hieu Tran Song, an independent developer ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the games use, why, and the choices you have. If you have a question, write to songhieu2516@gmail.com.

In short
  • There are no accounts. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts or location.
  • Your progress is saved on your device.
  • The games show no ads and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
  • If you turn on notifications, we keep a random device code and Apple's notification token so we can send them.
  • Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
  • We do not sell or share your information.

1. What the games use, and why

Your game progress

Your progress (levels, characters, coins, diamonds, items, settings and the list of what you have bought) is stored in a file on your device. It is not sent to us. Deleting the game deletes it, unless it is restored from your own device backup.

New content and game news

When a game starts, and sometimes when you return to its menu, it asks our server (api-game.3sweb.site) whether there is new content: maps, events, gifts, news, or a required update. The request includes only the game's platform (for example "ios"), its version and build number, and the version of the content you already have. It contains no identifier and nothing about you. Maps and pictures you download come from the same server.

Like every web server, ours briefly records technical details of each connection (such as the IP address and the time) to keep the service running and secure. We do not use these details to identify you, build a profile, or work out where you are.

Notifications (only if you allow them)

The games may offer you notifications about new maps, events and gifts. They ask first, inside the game, and only then show the system's permission request. If you allow notifications, the game sends our server:

  • a random device code that the game creates when it is installed (it is not your name, Apple ID or any hardware identifier);
  • the notification token that Apple provides for this game on this device;
  • the game's version, your device's language (for example "en") and its time-zone offset, so notifications arrive in your language and never at night;
  • whether notifications are on or off.

When you open a notification, the game tells our server which notification was opened, together with the device code, so we can count how many people found it useful.

We use this information only to send the games' notifications. Notifications are delivered by Apple's Push Notification service. You can turn them off at any time in the game's Settings, or in your device's Settings → Notifications. The game also sets reminders on the device itself (for example "your daily reward is ready"); these never leave your device.

Purchases

In-app purchases are made through the App Store. Apple processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy; we never receive your card or payment details, your Apple ID or your name. The game checks purchases on your device and records them in your saved progress. "Restore Purchases" asks Apple for the items you bought before.

Crash reports

The games contain no analytics or crash-reporting software. If you have chosen in your device's settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics under Apple's own privacy policy.

2. Advertising

The current versions of Leaf Dash and Leaf Rush show no advertising. They contain no advertising software, do not use your device's advertising identifier, and do not track you. If a future version shows ads, we will update this policy before that version is released, and the game will ask for your permission wherever Apple or the law requires it.

3. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own purposes. The information described above is handled only by:

  • our hosting provider, which runs our server for us and may not use the data for anything else;
  • Apple, which delivers notifications and processes purchases.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

  • Progress: on your device, until you delete the game.
  • Notification record (device code, token, language, time-zone offset, version, on/off): for as long as it is needed to send you notifications. Ask us and we will delete it.
  • Server connection logs: only for as long as needed to run and secure the service.

5. Your choices and rights

  • Notifications: turn them off in the game's Settings or in your device's Settings → Notifications.
  • Access or deletion: email songhieu2516@gmail.com. Because there are no accounts, please include the device code shown in the game's Settings, under Notifications, so we can find the record. We will answer within 30 days.
  • Everything else: deleting the game removes the progress and the device code from your device.

Depending on where you live (for example the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have further rights, such as to object or to complain to a data protection authority. We will help you use them.

6. Children

The games are made for a general audience. They do not ask for, and are not designed to collect, personal information such as names, email addresses or contact details. If you are a parent or guardian and think your child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

All communication between the games and our server uses encrypted HTTPS connections. We keep the information we hold to the minimum the games need.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how the games use information, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
