To help us answer quickly, please tell us your device model, iOS or Android version, the app version (Settings), and what happened. For a purchase, add the date and the item's name; your App Store receipt email is ideal. We usually reply within a few days.
Open Settings, then Shop, and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. Use the same Apple ID (or Google account) you bought with.
On first launch the new version copies the pages you started into My Art. Nothing is deleted from the old version's files. If something is missing, write to us before uninstalling the app.
Notifications can be switched off in the app's Settings or in your device settings. Banners and full-screen ads are removed by No ads or Crayon Premium. Kids mode never shows ads.
Bigger buttons, simple tools and no ads. Purchases, sharing and links ask a grown-up first.
